XX7 Member Levels

A level is useful only when its current benefits and conditions are clear.

Open the level page on your own account, read the eligibility line and check whether a benefit needs activation. Keep the expiry or review date in IST. Do not assume that a friend’s level, an old screenshot or a campaign banner applies to you.

Look at the status date as well as the level name. Benefits may have their own use window, account check or qualifying action, so a badge alone does not explain everything available. Save the terms attached to a benefit before relying on it.

If progress appears delayed, compare completed activity with the level rules and allow the stated update period. Avoid repeating payments or account actions merely to move a progress bar. A clear screenshot, IST time and safe reference make a better support query. Review the current benefit list again after any status change.
